We met Eric as the sellers agent when we purchased our first home in BCC about 4 years ago. I have never been to such an easy closing as we had with this purchase, due to Eric's (and his staff's) thorough job of making sure every lose end was tied up. Without a doubt, when it came time for us to sell that home after only 2 years, we chose Eric to respresent us.
