Eric began his award winning real estate career in Charlotte in 1989 with a bang......selling 48 homes in his first year in the business.  Since then, Eric has sold well over 1000 homes in the area and annually ranks among the top handful of mega producing agents in the region.  For 2 recent years, his sales have ranked #1 in sales volume in the region amongst all 6000+ agents.  Within RE/MAX, EE’s annual sales rank #1 in Charlotte, #1 in the Carolinas, Top 50 in the USA, and Top 100 in the World.
